Shandong county boosts development of sports industry

Qingyun county is continuing to promote the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry, prioritizing it as the most important among the county's six major industries, improving institutional mechanisms, and striving to create a beacon of the sports industry.

Seizing upon development opportunities, the county is building a sports industry cluster and establishing a sports and health equipment industrial park.

The county has also organized joint efforts among sports production and processing enterprises throughout the county, established a sports industrial association in the Bohai-Rim region and built a cooperation platform.

The county has also encouraged enterprises to focus on research and development, fostering the orderly and differentiated development of low-end and mid-to-high-end products.

"Qingyun will concentrate its advantageous resources and strengths to build a cooperative park with strong alliances and complementary advantages, thereby promoting the high-quality development of the county's sports industry," said Li Fugang, deputy head of the county. (Edited by Yang Yi)
