Furniture exhibition in Shandong reaches new heights

In Ningjin county, Dezhou city in East China's Shandong province, the 2nd China Ningjin Furniture Exhibition in 2024 opened on April 10, with the theme "Green, Innovation, Design, and Win-Win".

The 80,000-square-meter exhibition garnered the attention of a multitude of foreign merchants who expressed their keen interest in establishing cooperative ties with local furniture enterprises in Ningjin. The merchants were hopeful of fostering a cultural exchange that would allow for the creation of novel design concepts.

Ningjin county is renowned for its position as the largest solid wood furniture industry cluster in China. It is commonly referred to as the "hometown of Chinese solid wood furniture" and the "home of Chinese tables and chairs". Products produced in Ningjin county are acclaimed both domestically and internationally, with exports reaching over 30 countries and regions, including the United States, South Korea, Germany, and more. (Edited by Du Xiaping)
