The second Zhuyou Spring Pancake Food Festival in the coastal city of Longkou in Shandong province attracted many foreign visitors looking to experience traditional Chinese culture.
At the festival, foreigners enthusiastically learned to make 春饼 (chūn bǐng) - spring pancakes filled with vegetables and meat, joining locals in efforts to preserve traditional practices.
The Zhuyou Spring Pancake, a traditional delicacy of Longkou, has won the hearts of foreign visitors with its unique texture and rich nutritional value. Many expressed that by personally making the spring pancakes, they gained a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and felt the warmth and hospitality of the Chinese people.

They also explored Longkou's local shops in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Area and the Handicraft Exhibition Area, where they tasted authentic delicacies and praised the unique flavors, learned about the production processes and historical culture of Longkou's local specialties, and experienced local cultural heritage.
