A group of women in the Wucheng county of Dezhou city in East China's Shandong province are now engaged in the creation and live broadcasting of handmade flower-print cotton-padded jackets. The traditional yet chic, warm, and budget-friendly handmade cotton-padded clothes have become an economically-viable fashion staple with steadily increasing sales.
