Yangxin county – located in Binzhou city, in East China's Shandong province – is taking significant strides to bolster its agricultural mechanization in preparation for the spring planting season.
The move aims to reinforce food safety and maximize the potential of agricultural machinery.
The county's agricultural machinery service center has embarked on a proactive program, involving early planning and clear action. The center's strategy encompasses rigorous inspections and maintenance, having serviced more than 3,400 agricultural machines to date.
To boost operational proficiency, a special team has been established to provide technical guidance and practical training – elevating the skills sets of more than 120 machinery operators.
In anticipation of the season's particular challenges, the center has intensified its safety education initiatives, organizing sessions to promote the adoption of safe machinery operation pracctices.
Addressing concerns about quality, the center has upgraded its oversight mechanism, successfully resolving over 120 inquiries and supporting the local community in upholding the legal rights of its people.
These concerted efforts are said to reflect Yangxin county's commitment to food security and its resolve to support local farmers by improving the efficiency and productivity of agricultural machinery. (Edited by Fan Yuanyuan)
