Laishan district is enriching its vocational training offerings, combining online and in-person methods, under the guidance of Jereh Group. Jereh University's practical training, known for its focus on experiential learning, has already benefitted over 8,000 employees, with more than 700 achieving senior professional status.
To bridge the skills gap, Laishan district is also enhancing industry-education ties, exemplified by a partnership between Qingquan Industry and a local vocational school.
This collaboration delivers a variety of specialized courses and is part of the innovative combined online and in-person training model. The district's "three-orders" training model, which aligns company, institutional, and governmental efforts, along with the "Dream-seeking Studies" initiative that has funded the education of eight industrial workers, are pivotal in developing a skilled, knowledgeable, and innovative workforce.
These strategic efforts are propelling Laishan district forward in its mission to cultivate a skilled labor force, driving economic growth and meeting the evolving demands of today's industrial landscape. (Edited by Cai Liting)
