At the heart of East China's culinary tradition is Linshu county – administered by Linyi city in Shandong province.

Here, rice noodles have been meticulously produced for 1,400 years, earning widespread acclaim.

Renowned for their exceptional texture, resistance to overcooking and delectable taste, the noodles have become a culinary treasure both within and beyond the province.

What sets Linshu's rice noodles apart is the detailed production process.

Those making them start by selecting premium sweet potatoes, washing and grinding them into starch. The process continues with filtering, sun-drying, starch extraction and other painstaking steps – resulting in a chewy, high-quality noodle that pairs seamlessly with a variety of dishes, winning the hearts of food lovers everywhere.
