Construction of 25 major projects commences in Qihe

Twenty-five major projects in Qihe county, Dezhou, Shandong province, recently broke ground on the same day.

These projects involve the industries of new energy, intelligent equipment, modern logistics, biomedicine, and high-end food.

Such projects are considered essential in supporting economic development. Last year, Qihe brought in four projects valued at over 5 billion yuan ($695.88 million), and construction of 60 projects worth more than 100 million yuan started in the county. This year, the county will continue to spare no efforts in attracting industrial projects to boost the local economy.

Since last year, Qihe has been home to an additional 179 enterprises above designated size and 11,000 market entities, bringing the total number of local private companies to near 14,000. (Edited by Gong Jun)
