Qihe goes all out to retain talent

To encourage migrant workers from Qihe in Shandong province to work locally, the county recently arranged a job fair both online and on site.

Nearly 360 enterprises offered 10,800 jobs at the fair, attracting over 30,000 jobseekers, with more than 6,500 people receiving offers.

Qihe has also launched a campaign during the Spring Festival holiday to invite local talents that work in other cities to contribute to the development of their hometown.

The campaign attracted over 2,000 participants, including universities, entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals. (Edited by Gong Jun)
