Workers at BAIC Foton Automotive’s factory in Zhucheng, Shandong are busy fulfilling an order for logistics vehicles from China Post.

"This batch of 159 logistics vehicles is mainly for the daily delivery needs of various China Post branches. To meet customer demand, numerous employees are working, and the production lines are running smoothly to ensure on-time delivery," said Zhao Jianguo, senior manager of the truck body department at Foton Automotive.

This is the first major order being fulfilled by Foton Automotive's Zhucheng factory this year. The Zhucheng factory has set a production target of 1,008 vehicles on its first day of operation.

To ensure the rapid resumption of production after the holiday, Zhucheng has conducted thorough investigations into the post-holiday return-to-work schedules and the re-employment of workers at various enterprises, providing targeted assistance and services.

To meet post-Spring Festival labor demand and ensure stable employment, Zhucheng also held a job fair to attract talent for over 400 companies. It is estimated that the event will provide more than 9,000 jobs.

In recent years, Zhucheng has been vigorously adhering to the "strengthening the city with industry, prioritizing industrial development" strategy. The business environment has been continuously optimized to create an investment-friendly environment. Efforts are also being made to boost the economy and ensure a strong start in the first quarter.
