The Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone – located in Binzhou city in East China's Shandong province – is pushing forwards with plans to establish a high-quality State-level economic development zone.

Earlier in the current year, the zone initiated its campaign – focusing on attracting investment, boosting project construction and promoting industrial growth.

The strategy involves attracting investment through extensive visits to major cities, ramping up the impact of research institutes and utilizing industrial funds.

It also includes launching and advancing key projects and fostering high-quality enterprises.

Additionally, efforts are being directed towards advancing industrial parks, promoting a green and low-carbon development and enhancing the technological transformation of enterprises.

Over 300 cadres and workers have been engaged in advancing the trio of goals, aiming to accelerate rapid development. Liu Zhongyuan, deputy Party secretary of the Binzhou municipal committee, conducted in-depth fact-finding visits to 11 resident companies on Feb 16-18.

During these visits, Liu assessed their production status and plans for the new year.

What's more, he undertook proactive steps to address their demands and urged municipal departments to optimize the business environment, ensuring a more robust and supportive atmosphere for businesses. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
