Through what is called a 5012 model, the bureau now offers a highly efficient procedure, taking just two hours to complete, with zero costs, zero distance to go in terms of online applications and less waiting time.
Last year this led to 2,819 business start-ups, saving enterprises over 700,000 yuan ($97,878) on average. An online and offline service platform has been established – integrating digital and physical services – as well as a 24-hour intelligent self-service area.
The bureau has improved its integrated service mechanism, working with relevant departments to streamline the approvals process.
Additionally, the folks there have developed a seamless service path for helpers and agents, offering on-site and remote assistance. These efforts aim to create an efficient, cohesive and accessible government service process – enhancing the ability of intelligent government affairs to cater to the public's needs.
