Guanxian county, Liaocheng in Shandong province is spearheading the green construction materials industry with its innovative shared factory initiative. In the exhibition hall of the green construction materials shared factory, diverse products such as insulation panels and seam roof panels showcase novel design concepts.

By integrating the upstream and downstream industrial chains of prefabricated buildings, the factory offers a one-stop purchasing hub for green construction materials. With a total investment of 2 billion yuan ($278.48 million) and 12 hectares, or 180 mu, of land, the project has already operationalized three metal composite panel production lines, poised to generate an annual revenue surpassing 3 billion yuan and contribute 260 million yuan in taxes while creating 800 new jobs.
