Hot springs oasis in Shandong draws record visitors
The Aohua International Hot Spring Hotel, nestling in the heart of the Tangtou Hot Spring Tourist Resorts – in the Hedong district of Linyi city in East China's Shandong province – has become the perfect haven for leisure and relaxation, attracting an unprecedented surge in visitors who wanted special health spa treatments throughout the course of 2023.
Featuring over 20 hot tubs – including indoor and outdoor options like milk baths, red wine baths and vegetable baths – the hotel offers a very special and refreshing health spa experience.
The Tangtou Hot Spring Tourist Resorts, renowned as one of China's earliest Class A natural hot springs, has witnessed remarkable growth of late. It played host to over 1.5 million visitors in 2023 alone – a 60 percent increase compared with the previous year.
The resort's success has been attributed to its focus on a hot springs + health preservation concept, with initiatives including the China Health City project.
