"Our independently-developed ultra-high-strength tire bead wire is 10-percent lighter than the same length in tire manufacturing, while also being around 25 percent stronger," said Niu Haiping, vice-general manager and board secretary of Shandong Daye Shares.

This innovation significantly reduces the rolling resistance of tires and fuel consumption of vehicles, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 30 percent, while also adhering to the trend of lightweight tires and energy-saving emissions reduction in the automotive industry.

The production technology of ultra-high-strength tire bead wire has been honored with the second-place prize of National Science and Technology Progress in the petroleum and chemical industry, filling the technological gap in the industry and addressing the shortcomings in the national rubber skeleton materials field.

To support the development of enterprises and stimulate innovation vitality, Zhucheng city in Shandong province has provided tailored assistance to each company.

Zhucheng has also implemented the innovation platform enhancement project, establishing innovation hubs which serve as public technology service platforms to provide innovative entrepreneurial services for small and medium-sized technology-oriented enterprises.

Furthermore, the city has implemented talent attraction and cultivation projects, focusing on strengthening the cultivation of high-level talent through the "leading talent + innovation teams" model to drive forward innovative development. (Edited by Huang Junyao)
