Ground sesame seed oil has a rich history that dates back more than 130 years to the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Produced in Nanwang village, Nancheng town, Xiajin county, Dezhou city, this oil-making tradition is deeply rooted in heritage.

Generations of rural families have mastered the art of oil milling, which gave birth to a vibrant culinary culture centered around sesame oil. Xiajin's ground sesame seed oil is renowned for its distinct flavor, exceptional taste, and abundant nutritional value.

It has captured the hearts of countless consumers, earning endearing titles such as "a drop of fragrance" and "fragrance that travels a thousand miles."

Recognized as a municipal-level intangible cultural heritage in Dezhou city, this oil has become a cherished symbol of Xiajin's identity.
