In Binhe new village, Dingshui town, Yanggu county, Shandong province, a new opportunity for prosperity is arising.

Leveraging favorable geography and the village's Party organization, a cooperative society has been nurtured, focusing on land transfers and financial empowerment.

This initiative has led to the development of the grain-growing industry and the creation of the county's first Common Prosperity Workshop, specializing in packaging and selling high-quality grains.

The workshop has already processed over 10,000 kilograms of various types of flour, generating over 50,000 yuan ($7,009.33) in sales and contributing nearly 4,000 yuan to the village's collective income. With more than 20 villagers employed, the workshop has become a local employment hub, allowing residents to work close to home and care for their families.

By utilizing locally grown grains and leveraging the town's e-commerce platform under the town's unified brand, the workshop ensures the sale of local products. Villagers have also collaborated with markets and supermarkets in surrounding areas to expand their sales channels.

Through land transfers and financial support, the Common Prosperity Workshop is helping drive rural vitalization. The village is now working towards unified grain growing, technical management, pricing, and product sales throughout the entire community, aiming to extend the industrial chain and achieve industrial development, farmer prosperity, and collective strength. (Edited by Jiang Ting)
