In 2023, the bureau's staff handled 6,699 individuals – bridging the gap between training and full employment, while promoting rural revitalization and economic development.

Focusing on industrial upgrading and rural revitalization, the bureau prioritized training for high-demand occupations facing a skills shortage.

Its people cultivated 5,092 skilled personnel in fields like e-commerce, automobile repairs, electricians and more.

Additionally, they provided training for 529 individuals facing employment difficulties due to age or education limitations.

To address the challenges faced by older and less educated job seekers, the bureau partnered with vocational schools to offer specialized courses for nursery workers, babysitters and family service workers. This improved employability for 2,019 vulnerable individuals.

Moreover, in line with the Shandong's policy, the bureau collaborated with the Shinan district of Qingdao city in the region to train 500 folks from poverty-stricken areas.

The bureau staff also conducted pre-service training for 522 urban public service personnel, enhancing their professional skills and establishing the "Mudan Public Service" brand.

To top it off, the bureau worked with Heze Vocational College and Heze Engineering Technician College to provide entrepreneurship training to 2,265 college students. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
