The "project police chief" initiative in Yanggu county, Shandong province has been praised for creating a safe environment for project construction and providing real assistance to the community.

On Dec 18, a project manager of Xiong'an-Shangqiu High-Speed Railway expressed gratitude to the local police for their swift action in solving a theft case. Nine steel beams were reported missing from the construction site on Dec 7, prompting a call for help from the project police chief, Sun Yixin. After investigations were conducted, Sun successfully identified and apprehended the suspect, recovering all the stolen materials.

This year, Yanggu's public security bureau has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting major projects and ensuring their smooth development. Using innovative strategies and a focus on delivering practical solutions, the bureau has created an optimal environment for economic and social growth. As a result, 115 key projects in the county have made steady progress.
