A "citizen hotline" has been developed on the digital platform to connect with the "12345" citizen hotline. It categorizes the problems reported by local residents into four different groups according to frequency and then local authorities dispatch people to help solve these problems.

Statistics show that this year, more than 2,000 problems have been solved through the hotline. (Edited by Gong Jun)
