Qihe county in Dezhou, East China's Jiangsu province, has in recent years explored digital means to manage rural areas and boost rural vitalization.

The county has employed the community intelligent platform to achieve better rural governance. For example, vehicles blocking firefighting access and non-motor vehicles going upstairs can be found immediately and warnings will be issued right away.
