Bountiful chili harvest reflects success of rural vitalization

This winter, while most places are experiencing a period of rest, the greenhouse in Shizhuang village, Dingtao district, Shandong province is as lively as ever, with farmers enthusiastically picking chili peppers.

Upon entering Shizhuang village, rows of vegetable greenhouses can be seen in the fields. Stepping into the greenhouses, the air is filled with the fragrant aroma of chili peppers. On the branches, clusters of bright red and green chili peppers hang, emanating a sense of joy.

In recent years, the Binhe street neighborhood office has been comprehensively promoting rural vitalization efforts, aiming to increase rural household incomes. 

Taking local conditions into account, the office has vigorously developed the vegetable cultivation industry, effectively integrating resources and improving the standardization and scale of agricultural planting in its jurisdiction.
