Recently, workers have been busy fulfilling the order backlog in the entrepreneurial workshop in Xuzhuang village, Binhe street, Dingtao district of Heze city in Shandong province. Most of the workers in this workshop are villagers from nearby villages who cannot seek employment outside due to family or health reasons.
Through the coordination and construction between the Binhe street neighborhood office and local enterprises, this entrepreneurial workshop has successfully resolved the worries of these workers.
The entrepreneurial workshop in Xuzhuang village primarily engages in fabric processing. The standardized manual operations, fast learning curve, and low labor intensity within the workshop make it highly suitable for the long-term participation of disadvantaged individuals who stay behind in the village.
In constructing the entrepreneurial workshop project, the Binhe street neighborhood office of Dingtao district combined the actual conditions of each village and conducted field research and analysis to connect with enterprises.
They established the entrepreneurial workshop right at the residents' doorstep, addressing the challenge of providing employment opportunities nearby and allowing the residents in the jurisdiction to achieve full employment.
This initiative not only solves the employment issues for the residents but also promotes the economic development of the village collective, providing robust support for the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy. (Edited by Huang Junyao)
