Authorities have created a comprehensive guide for online and mobile services that will ensure the public can easily navigate the government service website and the "Love Shandong" app for various transactions.

To foster integration across various service sectors, the local government has consolidated resources from the self-service area, enterprise lifecycle specialized area, and a 24-hour self-service zone.

These efforts have resulted in the creation of distinct online service experience zones for market access, construction projects, human resources and social security, medical insurance, real estate, and taxation.

Equipped with advanced technological tools, these zones promise a seamless and efficient service experience.

Furthermore, Xiajin county has been a pioneer in adopting cloud-based service systems. These platforms offer a comprehensive range of services, including real-time online consultations, document transfers, and remote assistance.

By exemplifying the county's commitment to transforming public service delivery and making it more accessible and user-friendly, these cloud-based systems have become a cornerstone of the digital revolution in Xiajin county. (Edited by Cai Liting)
