So far this year, Zhucheng city in Shandong province has organized various talented individuals to give lectures on their areas of expertise. Broadcasting courses have been moved from traditional podiums to home courtyards and agricultural fields, converting traditional lectures into interactive discussions.

This brings political theory, civilization, culture, and education to the local farmers. The highly localized lectures allow for the timely and effective dissemination of the Party's innovative theories, pro-farming policies and scientific knowledge in rural areas and farming households.

To promote cultural revitalization, Zhucheng city has also relied on the unique "art village construction" and cultural tourist attractions of Caijiagou village to create a Caijiagou art experimental field civilization practice demonstration area, which integrates functions such as intangible cultural heritage displays, cultural creation tourism, research study education, and volunteer service.

Zhucheng city has implemented special initiatives aimed at transforming customs and practices, effectively creating a series of models for civilized practices such as marriage halls and family ethics education museums.

Meanwhile, in order to explore the vitality of rural culture and showcase the charm of rural culture, Zhucheng city has adhered to a combination of delivering and cultivating culture. It has strengthened and improved the public cultural talent teams at the city, neighborhood, and community levels, trained more than a hundred amateur cultural teams, and a thousand rural arts backbone.
