In the Party theme park located in front of the Xiwangmen community in the high-tech zone of Zhucheng of Weifang city in Shandong province, resident Wang Xiuyun took a pleasant leisure stroll with her child.

The former old pond has now transformed into a park, becoming the best place for residents' leisure and entertainment. It has become a cultural park at the doorstep for local residents.

The Xiwangmen community has prioritized the enhancement of resident satisfaction and well-being in the progress of the residential environment rectification work. The appearance of the village has entirely improved, and all necessary transformations of dry toilets have been completed.

Furthermore, the provision of water, drainage, electricity, telecommunications, broadcasting and television, as well as cultural and sports facilities have been significantly improved, with nearly 50 street lights installed. An investment of more than 2.8 million yuan ($390,000) has been made to build a party theme park, creating new highlights for party-building work and new attractions for leisure and entertainment, thereby elevating the overall grade of the eco-tourism zone.

The Xiwangmen community has developed relevant sanitation and cleaning systems, with dedicated staff managing each scenic spot in the park, and incorporating environmental preservation into village regulations and conventions. (Edited by Huang Junyao)
