Cow economy inspires new vitality in rural vitalization

In recent years, Zhucheng city in Shandong province has taken the reform of shareholding cooperation as its primary focus. It has strived to construct an interest linkage mechanism of "Party organization + shareholding cooperative + leading agricultural enterprise," organizing dispersed resources such as capital, labor force, and land. 

Relying on local resource advantages, it vigorously developed the livestock industry and treated the beef cattle industry as essential to boosting rural economy and increasing farmers' income. It explored and promoted the "bring cattle into park" and "full process trusteeship" models. 

Moreover, it further improved and perfected the mechanism for enriching farmers, propelling livestock farming towards packetization ecological and modern development. This boosted "double income growth" for both collectives and the masses, accelerating progress in the new racetrack of "one head of cattle" and vigorously promoting rural vitalization.
