Rural industrial development boosted with culture

Qihe county in Dezhou, East China's Shandong province, has in recent years stimulated the vitality of industries in rural areas with culture.
The county has implemented the civilized units assistance model and encouraged civilized units to help villages and civilized villages to help backward villages.
It has also set up a volunteer service supply-demand cooperative to arrange professional technical teams to teach members of rural cooperatives techniques and solve their questions.

Currently, Qihe has established 20 volunteer service teams consisting of experts in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and vegetables, which have formed alliances with the agricultural cooperatives and large rural households to offer them guidance and other services.
Meanwhile, the county has also leveraged the resources of leading agricultural businesses, cooperatives, and rural households to build common-prosperity greenhouses, increasing the income of collectives and farmers through sharing techniques, building brands, and fostering agriculture.
