To streamline primary-level work, Laishan district has segmented various tasks on the comprehensive primary-level platform, effectively addressing the challenges faced by primary-level workers. Previously, primary-level workers had to input information repeatedly as multiple departments often required the same data.

To tackle this issue, Laishan district introduced the "Intelligent Non-Filling Work Ledger" function, which facilitates data integration, sharing, and collaboration. Since the implementation of this platform, the number of primary-level forms has decreased by 34 percent, significantly reducing the workload for primary-level workers.

Furthermore, the utilization of this comprehensive primary-level platform has reduced the review and confirmation period for applications from disadvantaged groups as well as vastly improved the efficiency and service quality of primary-level workers. The platform provides easy-to-use data governance functions, including data desensitization, comparison, and fusion, enabling users to quickly adapt and enhance work efficiency.

For instance, the platform's intelligent calculation function allows for accurate population comparison, proactive data discovery, and automatic public disclosure of results in scenarios such as elderly allowances and disability subsidies. (Edited by Cai Liting)
