Bountiful cabbage harvest brings smiles to farmers' faces

Walking into the greenhouse of Huafei farm, Nanwangdian town, Dingtao district of Heze city in Shandong province, one is greeted by a vibrant sight of healthy cabbages. 

This year's weather is warmer and drier than previous years, and is ideal for the growth of vegetables. About 20 mu (approximately 1.3 hectares) of cabbage has been planted in the greenhouse, which is estimated to produce 5,000 kilograms of the vegetable per mu that would generate over 40,000 yuan ($5,609).
