Farmers welcome bumper celery harvest

Farmers in Dingtao district, Heze city of Shandong province have been busy reaping a bumper harvest of celery that would this year fetch slightly higher prices compared to before.
The yield of celery this year is around 6,500 kilograms per hectare, and farmers are expected to earn about 6000 yuan ($840) per hectare, said Li Zhaoyin, a farmer from Rangu town of Dingtao district.
