Chicken farm in Shandong's county goes intelligent

In Wucheng county – located in Dezhou city, in East China's Shandong province – there is an intelligent chicken farm which can house 30,000 birds.

Situated in Yanzhuang village, the chicken farm is kept at a constant temperature all year round and has adopted automated facilities – such as feeding and manure cleaning machines – greatly saving manpower and resources.

Covering an area of over 10 mu (0.67 hectares), the chicken farm can realize daily egg production of over 1,650 kilograms. (Edited by Chen Chuxuan)
