Town in Linyi city acts to boost appearance of rural houses

A team recently conducted inspections of beautiful rural houses in Xinxing town in Lanling county – situated in Linyi city in East China's Shandong province.

The aim was to stimulate the enthusiasm of local women to participate in work to develop more beautiful rural houses, an initiative promoted by Lanling county in recent years to help promote its rural vitalization.

The team consists of the chairpersons of various village women's federations in Xinxing town.

Through the on-site inspections, the team checked the arrangements of the courtyards, living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms of rural houses, scoring and evaluating them.

The team pointed out problems when they discovered them and encouraged them to be rectified.

Looking ahead, the women's federation in Xinxing town will encourage more locals to participate in the creation of beautiful rural houses, in a bid to showcase rural vitalization through their aesthetic appeal. (Edited by Chen Chuxuan)
