The Luxi New District of Heze city – located in East China's Shandong province – has seen a surge in business activity, with key projects being signed and construction now in full swing.

The rapid advancement is attributed to the district's efforts to optimize its business ecosystem and provide an optimal setting for companies to thrive.

The Luxi New District has moved to build a high-quality commercial environment by implementing various initiatives to continuously improve conditions – such as door-to-door approvals services, setting up key project approvals service desks and providing extended services throughout the approvals process.

It has also established a team of business service commissioners who regularly go to industrial parks to provide personalized assistance to companies.

As a result, the Luxi New District comprehensive administrative and law enforcement bureau now conducts on-site visits, to identify and address the various difficulties and pressure points being faced by business entities.

Officials provide guidance and suggestions to ensure smooth operations and the safety of special equipment.
