Tai'an city hosts events to observe Double Ninth Festival

On the occasion of the Double Ninth Festival, hundreds of elderly people had fun at the village committee of Dananyu village in Zhuyang town, Daiyue district of Tai'an city in East China's Shandong province.

They sat together and enjoyed a grand banquet that had been specially prepared for them.

Calligraphers and painters wrote the Chinese character "Fu" for the elderly to wish them good luck. They also spent an unforgettable time enjoying the drama of Chinese opera and laughing together. (Edited by Chen Chuxuan)
