Forum in Shandong promotes digital transformation

The 17th (2023) China Info-Port Forum recently took place in Qingdao city in East China's Shandong province – an event seeking to help promote the digital transformation of China's telecommunications and information technology sectors.

The China Info-Port Forum – which has been held 16 times since its inception in 1999 – is a high-profile conference that brings together the leaders of government departments, top executives of companies and experts to discuss the latest trends and developments in the country's digital transformation.

One of the highlights of this year's event was the announcement of the Outstanding Digital Transformation Cases of 2023.

Among those recognized was the FULIMA Cloud platform developed by Shandong Jerei Digital Technology Co Ltd – based in the Laishan district of Yantai city in Shandong province.

The platform has established an open industrial internet technology service ecosystem – encompassing a range of products and technological solutions, such as the internet of things, digital twin application development and algorithm services.

By focusing on three key dimensions – digital marketing, digital production and digital control – the platform is said to help enterprises undergo complete value chain digital transformations, in order to achieve high-quality development.

The seamless integration of the digital economy and the real economy is widely recognized as a pivotal strategy for achieving qualitative enhancements and rational growth in the economy.
