Dong'e county – located in Liaocheng city in East China's Shandong province – has established a special task force consisting of 110 Party members.

Their specific goal is to help local enterprises resolve their problems and difficulties, as part of its wider efforts to improve the overall business environment.

"Thanks to the coordination of the special task force – called Hong Bang Ban – construction was completed in just one week, providing a solid foundation for the smooth development of the entire project," said Lu Xingguo, project manager of Zhengyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Technology Industrial Park in the county.

In June, the project's construction was hindered by the presence of steam pipes and green belts, which would normally have taken a month to resolve through coordination and obtaining construction permits.

But thanks to coordination by the task force – which sent personnel to the site to formulate a construction plan and open a fast-track service channel to get the permits – the difficulties were resolved in a week, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth development of the project.

To create a more favorable business environment and provide quality services to companies, Dong'e county has set up a team to provide round-the-clock and comprehensive services to more than 150 companies.

The task force members act as bridges between government and enterprises and help enterprises to solve difficulties and promptly address concerns. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
