Foreign students from Shandong First Medical University & Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences paid a visit on Sept 1 to the Taiyi Lake Scenic Area – in the Daiyue district of Tai'an city, in East China's Shandong province.

In the Shanzuo Educational Memory Museum there, foreign students learned about the history of Shandong province from the Paleolithic Age to the modern day.

Later, they had a close look at the giant pandas Xi Wang and Wu Jun in the panda house.

"It's my first time in this scenic area; the scenery is very beautiful and the giant pandas are very cute. I will recommend the place to my friends," said a student from Pakistan. (Edited by Chen Chuxuan)
