Binzhou zone streamlines its business ecosystem
The Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone – located in Binzhou city in East China's Shandong province – is rolling out measures to optimize its business environment and support enterprise start-ups.
The zone is focusing on creating an efficient and comfortable business environment for its entrepreneurs, aiming to become a regional economic development center.
One initiative includes outsourcing government services to achieve better management of approvals services.

After benchmarking itself against advanced regions and implementing reforms, the zone's approvals center established a dedicated acceptance team and improved staff training to ensure a better approvals processes.
Another initiative is providing free seal engraving services for all newly established business entities, aiming to reduce costs and stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
Additionally, the government service is being extended to business complexes and parks to address the issue of slow approvals for resident enterprises.
The zone has set up service stations and a government services hall in the Yellow River Digital Economy Industrial Park, creating a service circle that covers the entire field of approvals.
Moving forwards, plans are for the zone to continue innovating and improving the business environment for enterprises and market players, and to make more contributions to the general economic and social development. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
