This has included the establishment of a service center, a service hall and eight service stations, which are expected to streamline the approvals process.
The acceptance rate and on-time completion rate for government services have been increased to 100 percent, contributing to the zone's economic growth.
Moreover, all government services are currently available online, optimizing 43 scenarios for district-level services.
In addition, the approvals process has been moved online, allowing enterprises to handle their approval matters efficiently.
A team of helpers has been deployed to provide online guidance and assistance to enterprises.
This is said to have significantly reduced the time required for business start-ups to just two hours.
To ensure an efficient service, a dedicated team known as the "government services housekeeper" has been established.
They are providing policy publicity, online information collection, business registrations, food licenses and other government services.
To date, the team has handled over 70 enterprise-related matters and it offers one-on-one guidance and support to projects.
Overall, the team is aiming to address difficulties being faced by enterprises and is promoting policies that are beneficial to business development. (Edited by Jin Yongxue)
