The InterContinental Shanghai Puxi celebrated its grand opening on Nov 28 as the first international luxury branded hotel in Shanghai's Zhabei district. The 533-roomed five-star hotel extends its special introductory rate of 980 yuan (from Monday to Thursday) and 880 yuan (from Friday to Sunday) until March 31 next year.
