In the second part 10 top dancers showed their skills and unique styles in succession. Among them, Ekaterina Krysanova and Semyon Chudin, principal dancers of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, won the warmest applause by their breathtakingly performance of a classic pas de deux from Don Quixote. Back by popular demand, they gave an encore punctuated with dazzling tour fouettes, grand jetes and elegant leaps through the air.

Sergei Filin, art director of the Moscow Classical Ballet, wrote to the National Ballet of China, one of the sponsors of the ballet season, earlier. He stressed that the performance by top Russian dancers would be a grand festival for fans.
