119 heads of state and government are now coming to Copenhagen to try to solve the deadlock in the negotiations on a climate deal. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, says in a press briefing that USA is ready to put money on the table to an international climate fund that in the long-term will pool 100 billion dollars per year from 2020 to help the poorest developing countries weather climate change.
