The 14-seat passenger van made by domestic carmaker Chery with a 1.9-liter TDDI - turbocharged diesel - engine is making its global debut at the Beijing motor show. It is equipped with a five-speed manual gearbox.

It provides maximum power of 93kW/4000rpm and 271Nm/2000rpm of torque. It has a top speed of 140km/h. It consumes an average of 10.32 liters diesel per 100 km and meets national and IV emission standards.

The model's length, width and height are 5,410mm, 1,920mm and 2,290mm. Its wheelbase is 3,110mm.

 

BYD L3

BYD L3 making its global debut at the Beijing auto show has three engine options: 1.5-liter 4G15S, 1.5-liter 473QB and 1.8-liter 483QA. The 1.8-liter version produces maximum power of 90kW/6000rpm and offers top torque of 160Nm/3700-4200rpm. It has a top speed of 175km/h.

The car is 4,568mm long, 1,716mm wide and 1,480mm high. Its wheelbase is 2,615mm.

The BYD L3 is scheduled to enter the market after the Beijing auto show. It is positioned as a mid-class car and priced above 120,000 yuan. It mainly competes with the Buick Excelle, Hyundai Elantra Yuedong, Toyota Corolla and Chevrolet Cruze.
