BEIJING - Chinese Premier Li Qiang will attend the launch ceremony of the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo and related activities, and deliver a speech, according to Chinese commerce ministry spokesman He Yadong.
The event will be held in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province from Sept 23 to 27.
