Community workers and villagers hold a birthday party to celebrate Xi Meiqiu's (center, wearing a birthday hat) 100th birthday at a relocation center due to Typhoon Saudel in Wulian new village, Wenling, Zhejiang province, on Thursday. According to the National Meteorological Center, Typhoon Saudel is expected to make landfall between Zhejiang's Sanmen and Fujian's Xiapu early on Friday, bringing heavy rainfall to multiple provinces.
