AI for bosses first: 360 launches 'Nano Work' enterprise agent platform
Zhou Hongyi, founder and chairman of 360 Security Group, has officially unveiled the company's next-generation enterprise intelligent agent work platform, "Nano Work", positioning it as a productivity engine for the AI-driven organization.
"When enterprises embrace AI, the boss must be the first to use it," Zhou said at the launch event in Beijing. Nano Work is tailored for business owners, startups, sole proprietorships, and rank-and-file employees alike, aiming to create a "super organization" where human and machine intelligence coalesce.
To catalyze adoption, Zhou announced a trial giveaway of 100 million tokens per early user, coupled with dedicated training and hands-on accompaniment services, with the goal of helping 1,000 small businesses achieve tangible AI deployment and operational efficiency gains in the first wave.
Notably, Zhou revealed that 360 subjected itself to a five-month internal stress test before releasing the product. The team deployed various agents – including the OpenClaw framework – across more than 1,000 real business scenarios, collected over 56,000 pieces of user feedback, and rolled out 166 iterative updates.
"Nano Work is not a simple wrapper for any single agent," Zhou said. "It hides complex technical layers, turns advanced capabilities into ready-to-use productivity, and bakes in native security from the ground up."
The move addresses persistent pain points in enterprise agent adoption: unpredictable token consumption from complex tasks, steep learning curves in environment configuration and model selection, and heightened concerns over permission boundaries, task stability, and data security. "Agents can only truly enter the workplace if we simultaneously solve cost, accessibility, permissions, stability, security, and continuous evolution," Zhou noted.
To tackle these challenges, Nano Work integrates a five-pillar architecture – a multi-agent engine, a multi-model foundation, a cloud-based office, multiple work modes, and a roster of specialized "expert" agents. Users simply state their objectives; the platform orchestrates the right combination of AI experts, models, and execution pathways without requiring any manual tuning.
For business owners, Nano Work assists in operational analysis, growth tracking, and progress management. For solo entrepreneurs, it accelerates opportunity discovery, product validation, content creation, and marketing. For employees, it boosts research, planning, production, and delivery – effectively turning every user into an AI-empowered professional.
