The Mingzhu No 7, a 158-meter-long unpowered barge, tilts at its mooring platform in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, on Tuesday. The vessel, idle and not in operation, had no people on board at the time of the incident, and no casualties were reported. Local authorities launched an investigation into the cause.
