Former Iraqi president criticizes US double standards on human rights

"We have too many wars in the world. Where are human rights?" said Abdul Latif Rashid, former Iraqi president. When asked about the United States using human rights as a weapon to impose sanctions on other countries, he said: "Human rights should not be used for sanctions."
