International guests expressed a strong interest in deepening cooperation with China and the city. Goran Rasheed Muhammad, director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Sulaymaniyah Provincial Government and special representative of the governor of Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, called for introducing advanced intelligent technologies from Xi'an.
He said carrying out practical cooperation in fields, such as environmental governance, traffic management, modern agriculture, solar power stations, and medical equipment, will improve livelihoods and urban development.
